This service is a preliminary desk-based supplier screening service prepared using publicly available information, supplier-provided documents and preliminary supplier responses.

It does not constitute formal legal due diligence, a financial audit, an on-site factory inspection, a quality-system audit, independent laboratory testing or a guarantee of supplier performance, production capacity, product quality or transaction outcome.

On-site factory inspections, third-party testing, sample purchases, paid database fees, travel costs and additional supplier reports are not included unless separately agreed and quoted.
